As our welcome gift to you, each Mediterra resident receives up to 30 minutes of free help with light projects like hanging pictures, shelves or curtain rods, moving boxes or basic furniture assembly. Just contact your resident manager to schedule an appointment.

Community Transfer Program

This program makes it easy to move from one Whiteco community to another once you've lived with us a year. Simply give your resident manager 60 days notice of your move and there will be no lease breakage fee. Whiteco's community transfer policy applies after the first year's lease.

30-Day Guarantee

Sometimes life takes an unexpected turn. Our 30-day guarantee allows you to cancel your lease and vacate your apartment up to 30 days after moving in, no matter what the reason. Notice of your intention to cancel your lease must be received by the management office within the first 30 days after you take possession of your apartment. At the end of that 30-day period, all keys, rent for the days you occupied the apartment and your forwarding address must be given to the resident manager.
