Whiteco Residential has built a team of experienced professionals that have worked together for several years. The depth of national experience includes operations, sales and marketing, development, acquisitions, renovation, financing and dispositions.
Stephan T. Beck, President, has worked in the hospitality industry and in senior housing. Stephan played a major role with his previous company developing the operation platform that allowed the company to grow from 1,100 to over 12,000 senior housing units.
Lori Wulzyn, Director of Sales & Marketing, oversees all communication initiatives for Whiteco Residential, including marketing, advertising and public relations. She brings over 10 years of hotel and residential real estate marketing communications and sales experience.
Michele Fetters, IT Support Manager for Whiteco Residential, LLC brings 15 years of experience in Computer Programming to the Whiteco Residential team members.
The remaining team members include Accounting Support, Information Services and Systems Management, Development, and Marketing.
Whiteco Residential corporate headquarters is based in Merrillville, IN.
Whiteco Residential is an affiliate of Whiteco Industries, Inc. which, among its many ventures, includes WPM Construction, Celebration Station and Star Plaza Theatre.

Stephan T. Beck is President of Whiteco Residential, LLC, a fully integrated multifamily development and operating company. Mr. Beck oversees all of Whiteco property operations including sales and marketing, operating systems and property employees, along with the development, aquisition and asset management efforts for Whiteco Residential, LLC. Whiteco currently has an operating portfolio of approximately 4,000 apartment units in fourteen communities and an additional six projects totaling approximately 1,200 units in development. Prior to joining Whiteco’s team, Mr. Beck was Senior Vice President of Operations for Brookdale Living Communities, a leading provider in luxury senior housing. During his time there, he played a major role in developing their operation platform as they grew from 1,100 units to over 12,000 units. He also has hospitality experience having worked for Westin Hotels and Resorts for over ten years. Mr. Beck is a graduate of Washington State University Pullman Washington with a B.S. in Hotel Administration and Business and is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council, the apartment industry’s preeminent trade organization.

Michele Fetters is responsible for IT support for Whiteco Residential, LLC along with the training and support of the Property Management software used by the Whiteco Residential properties. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Design and Computer Programming Michele began her career working for Whiteco Data where for 9 years she served as Design Analyst/Programmer. While employed with Whiteco Data, Michele contracted her services to Prime Residential which later became Whiteco Residential, LLC. In 2003, she committed her services full-time to Whiteco Residential where she maintains the integrity of resident accounts by conducting both on-site and off-site audits while continuing to train and support all staff members in the area of technological enhancements.
