Beck, President has worked in the hospitality industry and in senior housing. Stephan played a major role with his previous company developing the operation platform that allowed the company to grow from 1,100 to over 12,000 senior housing units. Matt Chambers, Executive Vice President - Development & Finance has been affiliated with Whiteco for over ten years and contributes a vast experience and knowledge of development and finance. Michael Bardelmeier, Vice President Operations has made a career in managing all aspects of the apartment industry. The remaining team members include Accounting Support, Information Services and Systems Management, Development, and Marketing. Whiteco Residential corporate headquarters is based in Merrillville, IN.
